The AAU Library Organizes a workshop on Academic Honesty and Integrity

Khalifa Library, in coordination with ProQuest, part of Clarivate, organized an online workshop on academic honesty and integrity. The workshop, presented by Ms. Samantha Bennett, delved into the nature of plagiarism and its effects on academic performance. Ms. Bennett covered essential guidelines and best practices for avoiding plagiarism, including the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) and strategies for preventing plagiarism when utilizing AI tools. The event was well-attended by faculty members and students from various colleges.
