“Art of Public Speaking” Workshop Enhances Students’ Confidence and Communication Skills
The Deanship of Student Affairs – Career Development Office (Al Ain Campus) organized a lecture titled “Art of Public Speaking”, presented by media professional Hazza Al Sheryani, as part of a series of activities aimed at supporting students and developing their personal and professional skills.
The lecture had a noticeable impact on the attendees, as it highlighted the importance of public speaking and communication skills in both academic and professional settings. Through practical examples and direct guidance, students learned how to organize their ideas, control their tone of voice, and manage stage fright, which boosted their confidence and encouraged them to take on new experiences in presentation and public speaking.
