A Workshop Enhances Students’ Crisis Management Skills
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain Campus organized an awareness workshop titled “Crisis Management Strategies,” delivered by Dr. Fatima Al Dhaheri, who holds a Ph.D. in Development Policies and has extensive experience in family training with the Family Care Authority.
The workshop was held as part of ongoing efforts to raise students’ awareness of effective crisis management. It focused on equipping participants with practical skills and strategies to handle challenges with awareness and responsibility, thereby enhancing their psychological and social well-being within the university environment and enabling them to make sound decisions during emergencies.
The event was attended by the University President, Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, along with a number of academic and administrative staff members. They emphasized the importance of such awareness initiatives in fostering a culture of preparedness and building a university community capable of effectively addressing various challenges.
