AAU President Inaugurates the 5th AAU Book Fair 2025

Khalifa Library in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Tolerance club, organized AAU Book Fair 2025 in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi campuses. Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, inaugurated the event at Al Ain Campus, while Prof. Amer Qasem, Vice-President-AD, inaugurated the event for Abu Dhabi campus. The opening ceremonies at both locations witnessed the presence of AAU vice presidents, deans, Deputy deans, faculty members, students, and administrative staff. The book fair lasted four days with the participation of 18 prominent publishers and local distributors such as Gale Cengage, McGraw-Hill, SAGE, University Book House, Panworld, Dar Al Hafez, Dar Al Saada, Dar Al Keyan, Nobel Bookshop, Arabic Language Center, Smart Mind Bookshop, University Bookshop, Molhemoon, Heroos, Dar Awraq, Little Puffin, Dar Aldahbi, Dar Tamkeen, and Dar Nad Al Qalam.

Apart from the Book fair, Mr. Yoossuf Al Khachani from McGraw-Hill delivered a workshop about Access Pharmacy. At the same time, Mr. Charith Shetty, Institutional Sales Manager from SAGE, presented the new database to the College of Business. On the last day of the book fair, the AAU President attended a book signing by author Dr. Salam Qasim.

 The visitors had the chance to see and purchase valuable and latest publications related to IT and engineering, pharmacy and health sciences, business and management, humanities and social sciences, and general books and references.
