AAU ranked among the top 100 Arab universities according to QS

Al Ain University (AAU) has been ranked (for the second consecutive year) among the top 100 universities in the “2019 QS Arab Regional Ranking”.

Dr. Noor El Deen Atatreh, AAU Chancellor, said that; “This classification confirms the high position occupied by Al Ain University among other universities, it also, stimulates the AAU community to work efficiently in the upcoming years to improve the quality of education, and enhance the International reputation of the University through its academic programs and scientific research”.

Prof. Ghaleb El Refae, AAU President, said that this ranking achieved by the AAU family and their continuing efforts, he also pointed out that the AAU is constantly developing to achieve its strategic objectives to become one of the leading educational institutions in the region.

Dr. Nazih Khaddaj Mallat, Director, Quality Assurance and Institutional Research Center, expressed his pride in AAU’s classification among the top 100 Arab universities, stressing that the university will continue to strive for excellence in its academic programs, research, training, and learning.

QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) World University Rankings is an annual publication of university rankings, which evaluates universities based on ten indicators, such as; Academic Reputation, Employer reputation, Faculty/Student ratio, International Research Network, Web Impact, Proportion of staff with a PhD, Proportion of International Faculty and Proportion of International students.
